Seaesta Komodo Hostel & Hotel is a popular accommodation option in Labuan Bajo, Flores, Indonesia. The concept of Seaesta is a mixture between a hostel and a hotel but it feels more like a top-notch hostel.
It is kind of a all in one place: It provides less-expensive rooms (shared dormitories), normal private rooms, a place to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, a pool with rooftop terrace, and a bar to enjoy drinks.
The location of Saesta is up the hill of Labuan Bajo. Which means that you have an awesome view from the pool area, but also you need to walk up the hill from Labuan Bajo center when staying here. For us it was totally fine.
PICKING TIP
- We stayed in one of their shared-dormitories and can highly recommend it!
- Book well in advance!
- You can also enjoy the pool area if you are not a guest!
- Bring ear plugs if you want to go to bed early as the music from the rooftop terrace is sometimes noticeable from the rooms. (it stops at 11pm)
