The Umpherston Sinkhole in Mount Gambier is a collapsed cave that was turned into a beautiful garden by James Umpherston in 1886. Since then it has become home to furry possums.

PICKING TIP

Bring fruit and vegetables to feed the possums in the late afternoon/evening.
